We recommend purchasing tickets online because it guarantees you entry at a specific time! You’re welcome to buy tickets at the door, but you may experience longer wait times depending on capacity.

The Valentine’s Museum will be open from Jan 31 - Feb 15, 2026.
Hours are:Sun - Thu: Noon - 9 pm
Fri - Sat: Noon - 11 pm

This museum is for EVERYONE. Come with your significant other, come with your friend group, or come with yourself! As we say, it’s not about romance, it’s about love ;)

The recommended age for the museum is 12+. You’ll feel like a kid, but the exhibits are not designed with children in mind.

It depends on how deeply in love you fall, but guests are generally here for 60-90 minutes. If you’ve got a dinner to get to, you can be in and out in 30 minutes. OR if you just can’t bear to leave, there are plenty of opportunities to stick around and take photos or make valentines.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to ticket time.
Tickets may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled ticket time for up to 30 days from originally scheduled ticket time.
