OVERVIEW:

Each year this gala brings together the most prominent people in the community and therefore, must be meticulously planned. 

I served on the planning committee for three years, specifically coordinating all advertising and printed materials. 

In working with the families of the honorees to get all the pictures and bios for the program, I learned the balance of being persistent enough to get the information we needed in time, while being helpful and respectful of their tight schedules.
